Proposed Experience

Before the event

We will coordinate with your team to confirm the booth location, branding, interview prompts, and intended use of the videos. Setup and testing will take place before the agreed coverage period.

During the event

Guests will visit the booth and receive guidance from an attendant who will help them feel comfortable and record their responses. Each session will typically take two to three minutes. Your event team can direct attendees to the booth or invite selected participants to share their stories.

After the event

We will select and edit the strongest responses into a testimonial highlight video and individual clips, with agreed branding and captions..

Space & Venue Requirements

The client will provide:

• A designated booth area of approximately [Width × Depth], with space for guest access and a short queue.
• A location away from loudspeakers and heavy background noise.

• Venue access for setup and breakdown at agreed times.
• An accessible route for participants and a designated event contact.

The final booth footprint and power requirements will be confirmed before the event.

Client Coordination

The client will provide brand assets, approved interview prompts, and timely feedback. Both teams will agree on participant consent procedures and permitted uses before recording. Participation will be voluntary.
